Rebecca Cirrinicione

Becca is a long time Clearwater, Florida resident. She has been licensed to practice law in both Florida and New Jersey since 2013. She joined PLG Law in June 2018. Prior to that she represented clients in the area of creditors’ rights, including representing lenders and other creditors in foreclosure matters throughout the states of Florida and New Jersey. Becca utilizes this extensive litigation and transactional experience for her current clients. This provides a pragmatic approach to possible risks and puts her clients in the best position.

Becca focuses her practice on counseling business entities and their principals on matters relating to formation and organization, employment and consulting agreements, non-competition agreements, confidentiality agreements, mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, general commercial contracts, franchising, and general corporate governance matters.

When Becca is not focusing her attention to her clients she enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and rescue pup.
