Lisa Crandall

Lisa Crandall is an experienced corporate lawyer with over 15 years of transactional experience. Her practice focuses primarily on complex transactional projects for private corporate clients, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), franchising and capital raising.

Lisa primarily represents her clients as buyers and sellers in private M&A transactions. Lisa believes in partnering with her clients in helping them build their business at every growth stage, with the goal that one day they are in a position to pass the baton and sell their business, whether to an employee, strategic partner or private equity group. She also provides advice to her corporate clients in her role as outside general counsel managing legal issues related to general business law matters, such as business formation, corporate governance, executive compensation and personnel matters.

Lisa joined the firm in 2016 and became a partner in 2020.   Prior to joining the firm, Lisa practiced in Baltimore, Maryland with the Law Offices of Rollins, Smalkin, Richards & Mackie, LLC, practicing in the area of civil insurance defense litigation and worker’s compensation defense.  While attending law school, Lisa served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence R. Daniels in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County assisting with matters relating to civil, criminal and family court.

Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children hiking through the blue ridge mountains, attending baseball and football games and enjoying long walks on the beach.
