Shea Gryglewicz

Shea Gryglewicz was born and raised in Jupiter, Florida. She attended Southern Methodist University where she received a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate Finance. She then attended Stetson University College of Law. Right out of law school, Shea joined the Pinellas County State Attorney’s office as an Assistant State Attorney where she was involved in numerous jury trials and various motions.

Upon leaving the State Attorney’s Office, Shea taught at the University of Tampa teaching Criminology and Criminal Law and Procedure for almost a decade. Shea then joined our firm where she primarily focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions and General Corporate work in the Clearwater, FL office.

Shea is married and has two children, Grace, who is on the high school golf team and Gately, who is in competitive gymnastics. In her free time, Shea enjoys being involved in her kids’ activities as well as spending time with her dog, Maisie.
